Booked the Olive Interpretation Tour after attempting to fit it into a full itinerary. It was refunded same day as the center will be closed at that time. But why are they selling tickets then?
Excellent portrayal of the history of olive oil. Every display had a QR code explanation in French and English, though the displays were so readable you hardly need the extra information. The staff are uber friendly and welcoming and speak excellent English. My visit here was one of the highlights of our stay in Úbeda!

La cata es muy chula, te explican el proceso de elaboración del aceite y te enseñan luego a diferenciar la calidad del mismo con mucha profesionalidad y un toque de humor. Rato agradable y actividad muy diferente a lo que puedas hacer en otras ciudades. 100% recomendable. Andrés lo explicó todo fenomenal, de manera sencilla y amena.
