What Can You Expect?

Itinerary

Start at a traditional Balinese wantilan design Lobby. Set in the middle of green rice fields overlooking the breathtaking Abang mountain, the lobby is a lounge fully equipped with desk, rafting equipment and a photo display of safety procedures. It is also equipped with a television and separate male and female toilets. It is here the your guide will brief you to have a fun and safe rafting trip, using English/Korean/Mandarin, or Indonesian.

Your rafting adventure then will be on Ayung River, the biggest and longest river in Bali. The Ayung River is class II and may rise to class IV during rainy season. For approximately 2 hours you will experience the natural scenery, wildlife, and exotic plants of Bali.
A buffet lunch is then served in a restaurant with stunning Ayung Valley views, helping you feel relaxed after your adventure. The restaurant has all amenities, including WiFi.

    Great service and rafting was fantastic. Our driver Agus was especially very friendly who picked up and dropped us off from our hotel. Would highly recommend!

    We loved our rafting experience with Toekad. Our tour guide was experienced and we felt that we were in good hands. He was also very entertaining. The scenery along the river is beyond stunning. Rainforest, mountains and waterfalls. We stopped at one of the bigger waterfalls for photos which was great. We were on the river for about 2 hours and that was perfect. Afterwards we had lunch which was included and quite good. One thing to point out though. Getting to the river and back up is via stairs that are uneven in height and slippery at times. And there are hundreds (!) of steps to negotiate. We are reasonably fit but were well and truly out of breath by the time we finished. But we loved it and would highly recommend.

    Amazing experience rafting along the Ayung River! Ura (instructor) was very well experienced and wonderful. He thought the group the basics of rafting and guided us safely along the river. The river was manageable to maneuver in and we were able to stop two times. Once at a waterfall to take pictures and another at a rest stop for snacks and drinks. Other staff members were also on hand to take photos of us as we made our way along the river. Upon returning we were able to collect our things from our lockers and given a warm towel. The change room has showers with hair/body gel in case you want to take a shower. The lunch selection was decent. Overall great experience! Be prepared for the steps up and down, to and from the river. It was manageable though!
