We had a fantastic morning (though it started plenty early) with our guide Karma. We were huffing and puffing when we reached the top but all worth it. Highly recommend! We were also pleasantly surprised at the stop at the coffee plantation on way back to Nusa Dua….was efficient and w got to taste some great coffees and teas.

The Mt. Batur was awesome. I absolutely recommend it. View from the top of the mountain is just breathtaking. My guide Kuas was super friendly and very experienced. Definitely one of the best guide you can get in Bali for Mt. Batur tour.

Phenomenal trip to Mount Batur, thanks to Kuas our incredible tour guide. Kuas was well prepared with head torch, walking stick, plenty of water and a really nice breakfast of warm banana sandwich, coffee and eggs which we cooked using the steam from the mountain itself. Incredible experience and a really unique component of the trip. Kuas knew all the good spots for photos and was extremely knowledgeable about the mountain and the local area. Definitely recommend this tour and ask for Kuas! Side note - The walk itself was a little more challenging than I expected but we made pretty good time (about an hour to the top). I wore basic trainers which were just OK, but would be easier in either hiking shoes or at least trainers with stronger grip on the sole.

Really great way to spend a day during a visit on Bali. Our guide - Karmajaya was very cheerful companion with a great sense of humor. The only regrets we had we haven’t stay longer in the area since it is low on tourist and really astounding.
