of Aravan near Ürgüp, with its unique ceramic pots and buried wood oven in the ground, you will
learn in a class of 4 hours, how to make with organic ingredients dried haricot beans in pot,
casseroles, tandoori soup, stuffed leaf wrap, Kayseri ravioli’s, stuffed peppers, and as stuffed apricots
and dolaz a local desserts with honey.
