Hami will pick you up from your Cappadocia hotel and drive you to a local market near his home. In your 1-hour market tour, walk around the marketplace with Hami to learn about local fruits and vegetables, and how it is used in Turkish cuisine. You may also buy a few fresh ingredients, before driving to Hami’s home for your cooking and meal experience. In your 1.5-hour hands-on cooking class, join Hami and his wife in their kitchen to cook some of their favorite dishes. You will cook three dishes from scratch, while learning more about Turkish culture and culinary traditions. You will help Hami make a soup, salad and main dish, that you will later share together at the dining table.
