The service will privately transfer you to Soave. Soave is a middle age wine village of around 7000 people in the region Veneto, Italy. It is surrounded by an intact castellation of the Veronese Scala era. You can freely explore the historical nucleus composed of 24 towers and a panoramic castle on the hilly top of the landscape which has ever been surrounded by the vineyards of the very famous Soave wine stretching in all directions. The historical district has maintained its Roman origin and a tangled road connection throughout the Middle Ages. You will visit the castle Scaligero courtyard and its indoor spaces where you will find the torture chamber and other interesting amenities like some excellent 14th century frescoes.

During the afternoon we will transfer you to the Alpone’s valley where you will visit a modern wine cellar of 700 m² dedicated to withering, winemaking process, aging, sparkling making tecnique, bottling and storage. You will taste the Soave D.O.C, the Recioto and the typical Durello served along with delicious appetizers.You can also buy typical wine bottles there.
