Should you opt in for our transfers, we offer luxurious air-conditioned busses, fitted with TV’s. Our boat is a government approved catamaran especially designed for comfort, safety and stability, in order to minimize sea sickness. We are the only shark diving boat with a round round-edged cage, designed not to harm the sharks in any way. We are the only PADI registered shark diving boat and as environmental conservationists, also greatly contribute towards research worldwide. We guarantee a 5 star, highly educational experience with highly qualified staff and shark expert on each tour. Get a free shark dive, if no sharks are sighted.

What Can You Expect?

Itinerary

Upon arrival at our office in Kleinbaai, light breakfast, coffee/tea will be available while the safety briefing and other formalities are concluded. After breakfast you will board our boat and undertake the 20 min boat ride to the diving site nearby “Shark Alley”. Diving and viewing will commence and the boat will return to shore after approx. 3 hours at sea. Back on shore a hot lunch will be served while viewing the shark video of the tour. A copy of your experience is available on USB, should you wish to purchase this.

  • Diving gear, wetsuits, dry-bags, changing cubicles, lockers, rain-jackets, hot showers, continental breakfast, hot lunch, muffins & fruit on-board, sodas, hot hand towels, fruit juice, bottled water.

  • Optional USB of your experience (R350.00).

I tried to book on-line and the website would not access payment. I emailed their enquiries to make the booking and received no reply. I rang the number from the UK and got an incomprehensible person at the other end whom, although speaking English, I was unable to communicate with at all. This is a great shame given that I had had a good trip with them in 2009 and they are the most accredited outfit regarding shark conservation status and operate the best boat. I am left thinking they may not be operating any more, despite the website.

After all morning in the water, we did not get to see a shark within 10 meters (and from the surface of the boat). The company offered us to do the activity another day, probably knowing that all the clients of that day were foreigners and most of us would not have time to do the activity again. In my case, I was leaving the next day to my country, they told me that they would call me to offer me a solution. I'm still waiting for that call ...

It’s a 2.5 hours from capetown. The experience is amazing, one of a kind where you see the sharks 5cm away from you. We saw smaller sharks but no white sharks. We enjoyed this a lot. Went into the water twice, each for 10-15min. When you get out you smell like fish

We had an amazing time with the crew of White Shark Ventures and we saw about 10 sharks at one time at the boat. I would definitely recommend you go with this company as they also put a lot of effort and money into research of the great white. They are very well educated and know a lot about the sharks. Great experience!
