Typical hop on hop off experience. The bus schedule is very convenient. Picking a bus is somewhat confusing as other buses are very similar.

DONT USE this for HOP ON and OFF What an awful experience!! They stole our money and just did up and down main avenue. They keep saying lot of traffic. The girl kept lying that they will get us to our stop but then decide to abruptly cancel the service due to traffic. So irresponsible and crappy bus tour. Don’t do it!!

Had to wait a long time while other bus companies passed by frequently. When we finally got on tour was fine although not all audio portals worked.

We bought our tickets (3 adults) online for Madrid City Tour , got on and at the next stop we were told to get off and wait for another bus. No reason given. We waited another 20 minutes for the next bus. So many of the audio connections did not work on several buses we've been on. A lot of people were complaining. Very disappointed we could not hear. Tried new earplugs as well Staff on board didn't care. Reached out to Julia Travel for a refund but I received the following response ' Regarding the audio service, we regret that you could not enjoy it. Although our buses are frequently examined in order to make sure that all of the features are working properly, unfortunately, this kind of issues may appear during the day. Anyway, we are going to report this issue in order to make sure that this situation is not repeated in the future. For this reason and as you might understand no refund is due for this reservation' I suggest using a different bus tour company

First time we boarded the bus was so packed that we had to sit downstairs. Not a big deal, but no headphones worked so we basically were in a public transportation bus for 20 minutes. Got off out of frustration. In fact, both of the Madrid buses we rode had 1/2 the headphone jacks and 1/2 the USB plugs broken, so we sat separately to find seats that actually had working items Took pictures of metal cover falling off stairwell wall and broken USB ports. Very hard to find where exactly where to HOHO because signs are super hard to find. We have done about 8 HOHO in various European cities and this was worst by far.
