Comprising three distinct spaces over 101 hectares–Bay South Garden, Bay East Garden and Bay Central Garden–this oasis of lush greenery has won multiple accolades since it first opened.

Driver was late (about 20 minutes) to pick me up at the hotel which. Then he told the entire group he would pick us up at 7:15 from Gardens by the bay. He did not show up for 45 minutes and was not answering anybody's calls. I proceeded to call the company directly and they told me they were going to contact the driver. 10 minutes later, no driver, so I called the company many times more and they ignored my calls. Beautiful gardens but do not go with this company! They just want your money.

Lights in Garden were sensational as was the view from the Sky park. However there was little assistance from the drop off drivers and no real guidance as to what to do when we got to venues. We expected a tour guide to accompany us

I would like a refund. Tour was totally misrepresented. DRIVER, only, no tour guide, did not understand English nor speak it. Dropped us off and picked us up. What does tour mean?????? Refund would be appreciated.

You may ask why 4 stars when I loved it so much? Well the park is amazing, a place to visit which you’ll never forget. The reason for the 4 Stars is that having pre booked tickets thinking we were getting access to all areas as that’s the impression the website gave. For instance the Domes, be very careful as we thought the ticket covered both Domes err wrong it only actually covered the Flower Dome! What was annoying was that we couldn’t add the Cloud Forest on for a small addition but had to pay full price for an additional ticket! The Cloud Forest is absolutely amazing & for me one of my favourite venues in the park. The Super Tree’s are incredible but make sure you purchase the access you want as the Observation platform & the Skywalk are two completely different attractions & have to be be purchased separately. Personally I preferred the Observation Platform as you get great views & there’s also a cafe. The Park itself is essentially free as it’s a public space, you’ll just not be able to access the attractions without purchasing tickets. The ticket office is situated next to the two Domes but be prepared for a queue but to be honest, at least you get to talk to a human being & by that you’ll be able to purchase entry to the attraction you want to see without confusion. Once you’re over that hurdle just enjoy the experience as it’s amazing. We went around mid morning lunchtime & got to see the Super Trees in daylight & then lit up in the evening.
