    Wish driver provided more details rather than the audio guide. Couldn’t hear anything as there are no ear plugs provided but went to all places, at least we could explore

    Listening to all of the Tuscany family history and how they relate to each cathedral and churches was fascinating. The view over Florence in the sun was beautiful. The guides were funny n knowledgeable. Chichin

    My main issue with this tour was that the driver spoke very little English. The tour is an audio recorder played from the drivers phone. You could tell the driver didn’t know what parts were playing and even played the wrong recording at one point. Every time the phone received a message you could hear the notification noise. I wasn’t able to ask any questions. The tour did take us to the top of Michael Angelo plaza and we could see a nice view of the city. The driver was very nice as well.

    We loved our golf cart tour, and Tatiana was fantastic! She took us to see Piazza del Michelangelo, even though we didn’t pay for the tour that included that. We saw nice highlight of the city, and she had recordings for us to listen to and learn some history. This tour was my favorite in Italy, because it was just the right amount of time and details. I highly recommend this tour, and maybe you will be lucky enough to get Tatiana!
