From fresh pasta to traditional ragù. My mamma will help you into the kitchen secrets of a true florentine family and at the same time you'll be cooking her specialities together, And of course eat it.
She will teach you how to make the real Italian pasta from scratch.
We will prepare together two traditional pastas: "Tortelli di patate" and "Gnocchi" same time we aslo prepare the perfect sauces to match: "Ragù" and "Burro e Salvia".
When we are finished we will cook, eat, and savour our results together.
We follow real tradition, so no machinery are required for pasta, only few ingredients and roller pin!
