    The entire experience was a highlight of our Florence visit. Beautiful views, wonderful chef/instructor. Julisa was so much fun and provided additional fun facts about the area. Rooftop views were such a great way to see the city in a more personal way than tourist spots. Highly recommend this experience. Food was delicious.

    The class was fantastic! The rooftop views were much more breathtaking than expected. The views were only out down by the wonderful cooking lesson we received from Nada. My fellow cookingmates also made this class one of my most memorable moments in Florence!!

    This class was incredible! First you meet in a square where they grab some of the fresh herbs and vegetables, walk around the corner to their apartment/home and walk up about 6 flights of stairs, and go up this narrow staircase and finally you get up to the rooftop kitchen and sitting area surrounded by 360 degree views! It is truly breathtaking up there. We were lucky enough and went on a blue sky sunny day where we could see for miles. It's help yourself wine for hours, while we made tiramisu, bruschetta and homemade pasta! The instructor was really great, he was funny and informative but patient...we learned a lot of great tips and tricks in the kitchen. I can't recommend this class enough, it was one of our favorite days in Italy! We all ate at the table together, shared wine, food and laughs! If you're on the fence of booking and wondering which class to book since there are so many to choose from, do this one - you will not be disappointed!!!
