Day Cooking Class includes one intensive, morning 10 AM or afternoon 4 PM, cooking session with instruction (in English) and practice with our chef, prosecco with appetizers, three course lunch or dinner following the lesson including selected wines, visit to the Fattoria di Fiano Wine cellar and to the underground 500 BC Etruscan granaries, tasting of the wines that will be served with lunch/dinner.

• Classic menù => - Crostini toscani - Gnocchi alla pommarola - Saltimbocca alla romana - Biscottini di Prato
• Fish menù => - Antipasto di mare - Riso o spaghetto al nero di seppia (squid ink) - Pesce spada alla siracusana - Biscottini di Prato.
