Florence Airport Private Transfer to the City

Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a private transfer for groups of:
• 1 to 2 people (Mercedes Benz)
• 3 to 8 people (Mercedes Sprinter or Mercedes Viano Minibus)

When making a booking, you are requested to advise your flight details and your Florence accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

Price is per person, based on max. 2 adults per car / max. 8 adults per minivan.

• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. volominous luggage, surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) will have restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• Child seats are available if requested at the time of booking (subject to availability)

Pickup Details

Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate holding a meeting sign with your name up on it. Please note this transfer is only available to hotels in the main City of Florence, please contact us if you are unsure if your hotel is included within the drop off area.
