Wish I had known the bus stopped for 20 minutes at Fiesole while the bus driver took a break. Nothing in the voucher or map stated this important detail. Otherwise, the hop-on/hop-off bus was great.

It was easy to take the bus. It’s a good way to have an idea of the entire city, especially when you don’t feel like walking. The city was full of people and it was hard to walk on the streets.

The fact does the bus driver patiently waited for the car to get out of the way on those tiny sharp corners, I would have given them a nudge period

Great way to see the city! We rode both the A and B lines. Saw areas that we would have missed if not for the bus. The ticket is valid for 24 hrs starting when you first validate the ticket.

Rip off. Charged €29 each and told trip would be 1 hour 15 mins. It only lasted 55minutes and driver drove like a maniac - obviously wanted to get back for lunch. When we got off and walked round the corner a kiosk was selling tickets for €24 each. Never again
