When you see the option of "Sunrise Balloon Flight over Chianti Region", you know it's going to be cool - but to actually experience it is incredible. The sounds of the balloons filling and rising, the quiet all around as you glide over some of the most beautiful scenery in the world, it's just one of those things that, as wonderful as you imagine it's going to be - it's that much better. Just breathtaking. The delicious pastries, mimosas, cheese and meats after the flight were the icing on the cake! Francesco was great to communicate with prior to the flight!

First, the gushing review, followed by a couple of pointers for future customers: It was amazing and I would 100% recommend. Our pilot clearly loves what he does and there is literally nothing that beats the feeling of suddenly floating above the ground. The ride lasted longer than I expected, which was great--it did not feel like the experience ended too quickly. The meal afterward was very good: fresh meat and cheese and delicious pastries and a really good not too sweet prosecco. It was a marvelous way to start the day. Things I wish I'd known: Basket is very small! There were six of us and we were very snug (like crowded subway snug). Thankfully everyone was super nice, but just something to keep in mind, *especially* if you get put in their large balloon which they said fit 20 or so. If we had been in the large balloon this would not be getting a five star review. You have to climb into the basket in the middle of a muddy field. They give you coverings for your shoes, but I'm really glad I didn't wear a skirt that day because entering and exiting was the equivalent of climbing a short wall and flipping yourself over the top. I know it says it's not wheelchair accessible, but I'd assumed that was because you can't get *to* the basket, not *in* the basket, if you're in a wheelchair. This was my first balloon ride so I had no idea how it worked. Caveats aside, let me say again that I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. My husband said it was his favorite part of our 18-day trip.

Absolutely amazing experience. Our original trip was canceled due to weather but luckily we had an option to rebook before leaving Florence. The communication with the company was very good throughout including regarding transportation, cancelation options and site changes. Francesco picked us up on time in Firenze. Then we went to the picked site and got to watch as they prepared the balloon for flight. It was super interesting to watch. We were in the 6 pax with Francesco. Take off was smooth. He provided a great briefing in air about the landing and then pointed out sights to us as we flew. We were able to get great pictures with their other balloon while in the air. It was so beautiful and peaceful. The landing was quite an experience but overall very smooth. Then, they prepared a beautiful picnic with prosecco for us in the field and we watched them disassemble everything. This was a dream come true experience and so glad that we were able to experience in Tuscany. Top notch team and highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful experience and the balloon ride was one of the top highlights our of two week trip to Tuscany! Getting to 4200’ on a clear day we could see the sea past Pisa and the Florence Duomo not to mention the beautiful patchwork country side of Tuscany! The tour operator and staff were fun, personable and professional! Highly Recommend!!!!

Amazing!!! I booked this adventure for my daughter and me. Robert and Francesco and the entire flight crew were wonderful from start to finish. Very good communication from the start of the reservation. They took care of everything, very professional and kind. The flight was breathtaking with lovely skies and views of the Tuscany vineyards and farms. It was an experience we will never forget.
