• In the event that a day time flight is delayed, and the new arrival time implies a night time service (from 9pm to 7am), you will have to pay a supplement of € 20 to the driver

• In case of a flight diversion to Pisa or Bologna Airport, the booked transfer to Florence Airport will not take place and it will not be refundable
