    We were extremely disappointed when we arrived for our Skip, the line tour at the Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens in Florence. When we arrived yesterday, Thursday April 25,2024, we found out to our dismay, that you had sold us two adult full price tickets on a "free day" which we were unable to use. As a result, we were unable to get to see either. I don't think that's in good form and ask that you issue us a complete refund. I hope you make good on this as I do not want to issue you a bad review Thank you Karen Wilder

    Would give less stars if I could. Wanted our money!! It was difficult getting the info so we could get our tickets. If we didn't have cell phone and dat service would have been impossible. Never given the exact meetup point so couldn't find our guide. Had to do the tour completely on our own. Could have saved a lot of money if we knew this ahead of time. Really should be given a refund since we didn't get what we paid for and for the trouble we went through.

    No tour guide! Went on our own without tour guide! Beautiful place, lots to see. Paintings and artwork were beautiful. Many steps up and down. Gardens were beautiful, would have liked to see more flowers.

    We had a great time in the Pitti Palace & Boboli Gardens. The palace had amazing pieces of art and the Gardens had some of the best views of the city! Would highly recommend this tour.

    There were no problems redeeming our voucher. We were luck and there was no line or overwhelming crowd. The palace is huge, but easy to navigate. Unfortunately, the living quarters were closed for restoration and only the art galleries were available for viewing. Still a worthwhile experience. The Boboli Gardens are absolutely stunning with equally stunning views of Florence and the surrounding area.
