A full immersion in a real tuscan kitchen. We will start from the best ingredients and together we will discover how to prepare home made pasta, appetizers, and desserts from the best local tradition.
After a welcome drink and appetizer we will start prepearing our lunch or dinner together.
You will learn how to make home made pasta and of course we cannot miss a traditional cake, what about tiramisù?
Once the meal is ready we will taste our creations together accompanied by some good local chianti wine.
Feel free to take some time after lunch to discuss about what we made, suggestion and tips for your holiday in tuscany or just for some relax.

• Coccoli Prosciutto e stracchino - the typical Florentine appetizer.
Fried pizza dough served with Tuscan ham and stracchino cheese
• fettuccine, potato gnocchi/stuffed pasta - 2 different types of pasta accompanied with ragu bolognaise sauce, fresh cherry tomatoes, mushrooms or other seasonal sauces
• Tiramisu - the most typical and famous Italian sweet dessert
