Had a blast with this cooking class. Made some tasty pasta and tiramisu. Thomaso was so interesting and entertaining. Would definitely go back to learn a new dish.
This was such a brilliant experience. The tour of the market and tasting was excellent. We then returned to the cookery school to learn how to make pasta and tiramisu. The lesson was fun and informative. The wine was free flowing and we were lucky to be with a great bunch of people. The chefs Stefano and David were excellent hosts. We would highly recommended this experience.
Thomas wanted to make sure we could be successful in our own kitchens making pasta and tiramisu. And we learned some new kitchen skills as well. A great teacher!
