Everything was professionally organized and we were able to enjoy a very tasty meal at the end. We learned a lot about Sri Lankan cuisine.
As my first cooking class this did not disappoint! Susantha was extremely friendly and took lots of time to find out about me and my family when taking us around the fish and vegetable market, careful to pick the freshest and best food to use in our cooking. This course is perfect for either meat or vegetarian eaters as Susantha will cater to any requirements, making this experience completely customisable, as Susantha let us choose what fish and vegetables we wanted to use. I had an amazing time and the would 100% come again or recommend for everyone, also very good for the price as this includes all travel and food costs, thank you Susantha!!!
We had a fantastic experience of the Sri Lankan Cooking at Sea Waves. The trip to the fish market was a real eye opener!!! The food we cooked was delicious and can't wait to get home to try it all out again.

We Learned a lot about the Sri Lankan Cuisine! First, we all went together to the market in Galle (Fish & vegetarian market) where those of us that eat fish could decide on which fish & also decide on 5 sorts of vegetables that we cook. Throughout the Class she explained well what/why/how we use certain ingredients in the Sri Lankan Kirchen. The Food we prepared tasted amazing!
