    Sony is cool and I enjoyed my trip with global scuba. We had three stops and as a sharks and dozens of turtle. I recommend global scuba for anyone in oman.

    Amazing trip with hotel pick up included. Driver was wonderful and gave us so many explanations about Muscat during the drive. The captain was knowledgeable about sea life and helpful. Follow up was great through WhatsApp. Strongly recommend !

    Our tour left almost half an hour late because a couple people showed up late. The guy at the marina apologized and said we would also be returning a bit late to make up for the lost time. The captain was standing right there with him but apparently missed the memo because we actually came back early and for the last half hour cruised slowly down the coast, I suspect because he realized we were so early. I was told when speaking to the booking agent that the trip included 2 snorkeling spots and a beach stop for a total of about 3 hours of snorkel time. We stopped at one snorkeling spot. The visibility wasn't great and when I asked the captain if there was somewhere cool to check out he just said "anywhere, just go". We stayed at that spot about 45 minutes, which made sense at the time. Then we went to the beach for a picnic lunch. The beach was nice but the captain gave us no clue about how long we would be there, if there was a good area to snorkel or anything. Just parked the boat and handed us our lunch. After eating and wandering around the island for a little while I decided to grab my snorkel gear and check out a spot but the captain said no, we were leaving. We were there a little over an hour. I assumed we were heading to the second snorkel spot. Then we headed back to the marina. The captain slowed way down when we got near the coast of Muscat and putted down the coast for the last half hour and we still pulled into the marina 15 minutes early instead of 20-30 minutes late like we were told we would. Overall, just not as advertised. The captain was very cold and said 2 sentences to us the whole trip (zero announcements to the group) and decided to cut our trip an hour short. When I told the booking guy he said he was sorry to hear and would "check with the captain" to see what happened. Ultimately he just said he was sorry but sometimes people are late because it's Eid and sometimes things are out of their control... If you value your time and any degree of customer service, spend your money elsewhere. This ain't it.

    The organization was just perfect and the reality vs. the expectation was great. It was a fantastic day for so many things , dolphins , boat, beaches and good lunch.
