Join George in his open-style kitchen as he shares the recipes, tips, and tricks that he has learned over the years. During your 1.5 hour hands-on cooking class, learn to make three different kinds of salads traditionally served in Greece and most of the Balkans!. Help him chop, fry, cook, and assemble the dishes before you sit down at the table to share a meal together, that you helped prepare!
