- Access via the main facade of the Palais Garnier
- Only the reservation of a dedicated time slot guarantees access to the site, however, due to Vigipirate control, access can be made within 20 minutes of the time indicated on your ticket.
- Ticket valid only on the date and time of the reservation. Latecomers will not be accepted.
- No cloakroom / luggage deposit. Large suitcases and bags are not accepted

    We booked it in English, but it wasn’t available in English!!!! We can’t make anything! Only seeing the Opera

    I understand my failure to speak French is partially to blame but no where did it state this experience was 100% in French. No English material available which would have been fun.

    Arrived for the activity to be told it would be of no use to us as it was all in French with no English!! Very frustrated seeing as this was an alternative trip as our original booking for a tour of the Opera House was cancelled without any explanation.
