Champagne was great but the description of the tour said it would be max 6 people and there were actually closer to 15-20.

Arrived by 6:15. When we tried to obtain our ticket, they looked at the name of who we bought our ticket from, sighed and rolled their eyes. Then, the women told the other woman working the ticket booth the name of the company and sighed again. She informed me that the 6:30 boat had left, although we could see a long line at the boat and it wasn’t 6:30 yet. She told me that my only option was to try to reschedule or get a refund. I reached out to the tour company via email, but have not received a response. Just be warned to get there more than 30 minutes early.
