Overview

Everyone wants to go to the Eiffel Tower, but they get lost in the complex. Our host will give you a brief history of the Eiffel Tower. Then you follow the host to the complex's entrance. As you pass through security, you join our host in line, who is answering your questions about the Eiffel Tower. You must wait in line with our host, who will pick up the summit (top floor) with elevator tickets from the line and hand them over to you. When you receive your tickets, you say "adieu" to the host and proceed to the third floor via elevator. The host's role is to inform you about the Eiffel Tower and then purchase tickets for you.

Please note: The Eiffel Tower summit can be closed sometimes. But visitors are allowed only up to the second floor. This is the decision of the Eiffel Tower authorities, and we have no control over it. In such cases, no refund is possible.

Our accredited guide or host meets you right in front of the Eiffel Tower at the Carrousel of the Eiffel Tower 15 minutes before your selected time. The explanations about the Eiffel Tower start at the time you choose. After a brief description of the Eiffel Tower, the guide takes you to the entrance of the tower, where you need to undergo security checks to reach inside the complex. This is the time for you to click the amazing pictures from right below the Eiffel Tower. Now you have to wait for the entry to the Eiffel Tower as your host or guide collects your entry tickets to the third floor of the Eiffel Tower Summit with elevator access. The entry time purely depends on the situation of that particular day and time. Remember that you are visiting one of the world's busiest monuments, and it is well worth the wait to see this incredible masterpiece! After entering, you will realize the beauty of the view you will have of the entire city of Paris.

We Paid € 400 to go up the Eiffel tower. We we got there the Guid was unprepared, and said we have to stand in line and buy tickets ourselves. What do we pay € 400 euro for if we still need to stand inline and pay ourselves. We then refused and the operator refused to refund us. Trip advisor was not of much help as they only offer a 15% refund that un exemptible.

Our guide was the BEST! Beware that the Eiffel Tower will randomly close when it becomes crowded at the top. It will just flat out CLOSE! Our guide helped us to understand how to maneuver this terribly shocking surprise - and we made it to the top! He was an expert cell phone picture taker (he took the shot listed here) and took us to all the picture worthy spots throughout the tour. He was personable, friendly and our trip to the Eiffel Tower would NOT have been enjoyable had it not been for his "local" tips and tricks. We checked every single box on our tour of a lifetime and highly recommend this tour to anyone considering. Thank you!

We were originally booked for 13:00, but the guide didn’t show up. After calling the number of the provider, it got rescheduled at 16:00, which worked out well considering that it was less busy then. We also got a free boat ride on the Seine and a drive to the train station when we leave, as an apology for the inconvenience. The Eiffel Tower itself was great, and the tour guide was very nice and knew lots about its history. All in all, a good experience.
