I will never use La Vacanza Travel again!!!! To celebrate our last night in Paris, I was booking this experience for my daughter and I. We were paying separately and it showed 2 spaces available. I booked mine and less than a minute later attempted to book hers. I was unable to do so as tickets were suddenly no longer available. I called La Vacanza Travel because I found this extremely difficult to believe, my daughter and I are not going to eat separately on our final night in Paris and La Vacanza Travel refused to refund my money citing their 24 hour cancellation policy. I repeatedly asked them if they could accommodate us at a different time, etc. which they kept saying that everything was completely sold out. Next time I will book directly through the venue. I’ve been a loyal aLa Vacanza Travel user for quite some time and was shocked that they could not find anyway to refund my money or issue a credit under these circumstances as this was a very expensive experience!!!! Ended up out $164 for a meal and experience that ultimately I did not attend. It’s a terrible way to treat customers not taken into account situations like this.

The food was absolutely fantastic and so was our waiter. I took off one star because the experience getting into the Eiffel Tower was very annoying and tricky, because once you go through security you have to wait on a really long like to get your “separate” lift ticket to the 1st level. The instructions are a little unclear so I hope this review helps. You then wait on another long line to get on the lift. It says to get there 30 mins before but go at least an hour before because we were on time and still got to the restaurant 15 mins late. So even though you’re with La Vacanza Travel, you still have to deal with crowds and long lines which seems inevitable anywhere in Paris.

We were running late due to traffic from the airport, however did make it in time to be seated with a view. Our waiter was so attentive and this was a great experience. We had an 18 hour layover in Paris headed back to the States. It was a bit pricey, however worth it if you don’t plan to return .
