Really enjoye The Louvre, I loved that I got to go at my own pace. I didn’t opt for the audio based on other reviews and I knew I wouldn’t be in the museum for longer than an hour as I wanted to see 3 things: Mona Lisa, Crown Jewels, and Ancient Egyptian artifacts. I went on a Friday at noon, didn’t wait in line for longer than 15 minutes since I had a prepaid ticket, the general admission line was soooooo long so I’m glad I booked this in advance. The museum wasn’t as busy as I expected it to be and I was able to navigate around pretty efficiently. The staff were nice enough to point me in the direction of the exhibits I wanted to see. The Crown Jewels were definitely my favorite!!

No audio guide as in description offer. Queue in museum is a nightmare, theoretically you can omit it but if security and people will allow you, being earlier does not change absolutely nothing.

Worse experience with La Vacanza Travel. Unclear directions. I think I am buying an audio tour. I download what they say (I think I am but I don’t get the audio only the pictures) get to the Louvre, unclear where to get in line. Finally find where we need to be. Wait in long line for our timed entrance. Contacted La Vacanza Travel and got no response. Finally get in… 40-50 minutes later alarm goes off and everyone is evacuated from the Louvre!!! No explanations - just leave. No idea if we can come back in, no explanations as to when or what! Waste of time and money.

It is mentioned as "Premium Entry Ticket" which is not. It is misguiding and ensure that it is corrected in the website.

We were charged extra for the audio set. The museum does pay attention to the time on your pass, so make sure you are not early.
