We were picked up precisely as discussed, at the train platform and driven expertly to our destination (about a 40 minute drive. Our driver one way did not seem to speak any English, or just chose to not speak with us. However on our return trip, we had a more lively discussion about upcoming Olympics and explanations about a new metro being built and some pointing out of certain sites along our route. This was much more enjoyable as I love to learn about French history.

I booked the wrong service, and operator contacted me by whatsapp and then tell me that I need to pay a bit more and confirm the pick up time all over messages, so smooth operation. Lucien was our driver, he pick us up at the airport with my name and offered to help us with our luggage. Very kind gentlemen and supper polite that make us fell so welcome to Paris. His car smell so good and in the excellent condition Mercedes. He dropped us right in front of the hotel door. Next time, I will make sure to look up this company and request for Lucien. Note---When I tried to book for return to the airport, but get into wrong company with horrible services that we almost miss the flight home. So make sure you find this one and you will be please.

We booked a private car and driver for our early morning train to Normandy from Paris Saint Lazare terminal. Our driver was very friendly and shared information about Paris on our drive. Upon arrival at Station and upon loading onto train I discovered I had left my cell phone in the car. Panic ensued. We called from my wife’s phone and the driver parked and brought my phone to the train platform with about 5 minutes to spare before departure! A true gentleman! Honesty and goodness still exists in today’s ever Challenging times.
