You miss represented yourself and the fee I paid you did nothing. Had I known how lame your program was I would’ve never booked it. I felt cheated. I cancelled 2 other trips I had scheduled with La Vacanza Travel.

It was awful. The musee d’Orsay said this happens frequently with La Vacanza Travel. My bar code was not sent to me 24 hours prior like the app said it would be and I had to pay an additional entrance fee to get in. Nobody would answer in customer service at La Vacanza Travel and my barcode was finally sent at 5pm even when we were set to enter at 4pm.

There is so much to see here - be sure to have comfortable shoes on and plan your visit accordingly. We started on the top floor and worked our way down. It is a lot to take in. We had a 2:00 entry time and arrived a few minutes late after an amazing lunch. They directed us to the no-ticket line but had us move to the front of that line where we breezed through security and went straight in. Give yourself ample time to take this museum in! We were there for 3 hours and I felt mentally exhausted by the time we left. I am very glad I went, though.
