    The "tickets" were delivered by WhatsApp. We were expecting an email and the instructions said it would be via email. There was quite a bit of confusion trying to figure out where our tickets (QR codes) were. Several of us had the same problem. The attachment in WhatsApp was not clear. The staff would not/could not accept the email confirmation and were no help in locating the QR code. Views at the top were great. I think we saved a little money buying the tickets ahead of time but it sure didn't save us any time.

    The venue itself is awesome. The service from La Vacanza Travel terrible. We booked this via La Vacanza Travel as it was likely to book out. We got to the venue at 7pm to do sunset and night for them to tell me this was a daytime pass, I was not aware of this and didn’t get any notification from the ticket, had we know this we wouldn’t have booked it. When I contacted them to ask for a refund they have ignored me. I won’t use their services again!!

    Experience itself is 100% worth doing and the views are amazing but these are in no way “skip the queue” tickets. Don’t bother paying more from them, just buy normal instead as your as your end up queing the same.
