Don't buy these tickets through TripAdvisor!! When I signed up they only had a 9:00 a.m. or 9:00 p.m. time slot to choose from. They did not deliver the tickets the night before and we got to the place at 9:00 a.m. and it did not open until 11:00 a.m. The tickets did not let you skip the line, everyone had to go to the same line. It wasn't until I contacted them that they gave me the QR code tickets, which is what we needed to show them. It was a very frustrating experience dealing with La Vacanza Travel and TripAdvisor. You can buy the tickets on site so I wouldn't hassle with them.

Sans intérêt puisque ça ouvre à 16 heures (on attend 10 minutes si l’on arrive à l’heure le temps que la queue se résorbe,mais si vous arrivez à partir de de 17h15,je n’ai jamais vu de queue et je suis allé au bar CÉ LA VI au 57 étage déjà 6 ou 7 fois,Vous achetez le billet au pied du bâtiment numéro 3.

Arnaque !! Ce n’est ni un billet coupe-file ni une activité possible à 21.00 puisque l’accès ferme à 20.30. En transit pour 24h à Singapour depuis hier, nous avions réservé nos billets coupe-file avec le créneau proposé à 21h quelques jours avant. Nous sommes arrivés hier soir à 20h45 devant le desk (il est indiqué de se présenter 10 minutes avant) et l’accès nous a été refusé car la fermeture est à 20h30 !! D’ailleurs le e-ticket que j’ai reçu le matin même par WhatsApp ne mentionnait ni le créneau de 21h ni le service « coupe-file » ; j’ai posé des questions à l’agence par WhatsApp et par téléphone sur cette incohérence sans avoir de réponse et c’est en arrivant devant les portes closes que nous avons déchanté. Devant les portes closes, nous avons appelé le numéro indiqué, rien ne nous a été proposé pour cette erreur de leur part. La personne semblait même surprise que nous ayons une réservation pour 21h ainsi que le coupe-file : pourtant c’est bien la prestation qui est proposée par TripAdvisor. J’ai envoyé des copies d’écran par WhatsApp, restés sans reponses. Résultat : 146€ perdu non remboursable !! Je recommande plutôt de monter prendre un verre dans l’un des bars, c’est gratuit (moyennant une consommation) et la vue est là : c’est ce que nous avons fait finalement !!
