the driver was very prompt and communicated often before picking us up. drive was pleasant and scenic.

Initially booked for 10am pickup from cruise terminal and it was changed to 9am. Texted that a black Mercedes was coming but it was held up in traffic and a Lexus came instead. They advertise bottled water but we weren’t offered any.

Great service! I traveled with my parents and we had a lot of luggage (6 big trolleys) and they all fit in the trunk. The driver was also punctual, nice and friendly. He waited for us right outside arrivals which was great as we didn't know exactly where we needed to go otherwise. We also chose this service for our way back to the airport from a residential address and everything was perfect. Would def recommend!
