I never write a review but had to report the tour company neglecting to meet my family as well as two other families waiting for this tour. We all waited and tried to separately call the tour company to resolve this issue. When I finally managed to make contact the company said “I was past the tour time and nothing could be done”. Of course I was past the tour time- the tour guide never showed up! Did mention that all of us were waiting in the rain. Poor service for sure!!

The biggest problem with our tour was finding the meeting location. It was due to others reviews online that helped us to find it. It is at a little wooden stand that has a small sign that says “meeting point” which was under an awning right next to the post office. It is just a meeting point where you receive your tickets and are then lead to meet up with another guide. It was a little stressful trying to follow the guide from the meeting point to the entrance to the palace without losing them. However, once inside Dogs’s Palace the tour was very nice. There is so much history and art we would have enjoyed having more time to explore, but our schedule did not allow for a longer time frame. The skip the line was a nice addition.

Meeting details from operator are insufficient: address given is an entire block king & they want you to go to a kiosk with a 3” high, easily overlooked sign on one side that says “meeting point” without even identifying tour operator. Tour started late, tour operator (manager? owner?) took us to meet guide halfway there, were then further delayed by some people not being handed tickets by operator. With 20 or so people, the audio cut out in narrow corridors when group had to go single file.

I was scammed through La Vacanza Travel and your team said they couldn't do anything about it!! I paid tickets to Dodge's palace in Venice, went to the meeting point but the guide never showed up. It happened to me in London too. Don't use this service coz their help center won't do anything to solve your problem.
