Booked the tour due to “skip the line” component. Less than an hour prior to the starting time received message from the tour guide urging me to go queue up as “they have run out of skip the line tickets”. La Vacanza Travel was not helpful and refused to refund $60+ paid. Queues were so long there was no way we would go, so we just lost our money.

L'accompagnamento di Cristina e la sua passione per questo luogo ci ha permesso di apprezzare sia la parte dei vari passaggi di costruzione e dei materiali utilizzati, sia quella dei significati delle scene dei mosaici sulle volte. In particolare mi è piaciuto di lei che è un persona interattiva e che ha rispettato i nostri tempi dedicandoci il tempo se qualche parte ci interessava approfondirla. Come ad esempio la descrizione della Pala d'Oro . La Basilica è un incanto tutta, ogni scorcio, ogni dettaglio. Non sai se stare a naso su ad ammirare i soffitti , o guardare in terra i magnifici mosaici. E ti manca il fiato ad accorgerti di quanta Meraviglia è capace l'Uomo .Grazie <3
