The rafting experience was really good, the instructors were amazing, and it was a lot of fun. However, the management of the tour was absolutely awful, I had to sit for 45 minutes to get to the zip line, because they just stopped asking people to come forward after inviting a small bunch. The pickups were late without notice and the was absolute chaos segregating people over

I waited from 0830 outside my hotel (I was told the transport would turn up at 0850) At 0915 I messaged the tour operator stating my location and that I was still waiting. They responded immediately to let me know the transport would be there in five minutes. I continued to wait another 30 minutes and messaged again. The tour operator then told me they had already been to the hotel for pick up, I wasn’t there and he was sat next to two guests from the same hotel. I wasn’t one of those guests and my picture was on display during my WhatsApp interaction with the tour operator yet he didn’t notice I hadn’t got on the bus that didn’t arrive. I was then made out to be in the wrong even though I approached every driver that approached the hotel. To add insult to injury, I was travelling alone, it was my birthday and I’d cancelled plans the night before the trip because I was up early for this trip. All in all - shocking experience.

I loved the buggy and zipline especially. Rafting was good too, but i feel that the buggy experience was too short (30) and rafting way too long (about 2h, with a break in between). Would have been better if rafting was less time and buggy was longer.

The trip was amazing. All very well organised and well managed. The staff were very experienced and friendly. Pick up and drop was on time. Overall a wonderful experience.

Had a fab time, it was a long drive so we got to see what Antalya countryside was like. My daughter got scared in the raft and they made it lively and she felt comfortable and had fun. Would definitely recommend.
