Stop At: Mutianyu Great Wall, Mutianyu Village, Bohai Town, Huairou District, Beijing China

Picked up between 7:00am to 13:00pm in your hotel lobby.

Then drive to Mutianyu Great Wall directly. Mutianyu Great Wall is known for its beautiful surroundings - dense woods and rich pastures changing colors with the seasons of a year. Mutianyu Great Wall is located in Huai Rou County on the north-east of Beijing. This section of the Great Wall is about 75 KM from the center of Beijing. As one of the best-preserved parts of the Great Wall, Mutianyu section of Great Wall used to serve as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs. Cable car can take you up to the Great Wall, you can choose to enjoy the hiking to the peak or stay to enjoy the beautiful view. Cable down or toboggan down would be more fun.

At the end, you will transferred back to your hotel

We had a fantastic trip to the Great Wall of China with Maggie who was our tour guide & Gary driving. Highly recommend booking this trip as Maggie is so informative and friendly and it was a pleasure to have her company. We left early in the morning (7.30am) which gave us great opportunity for pictures, with Maggie doubling up as a personal photographer for the day, giving us tips of where to get the best pictures. Leaving at this time also ensured we missed the queues. Wear trainers/walking shoes as there is a lot of walking. Both the chair lift and the Toboggan made the tour even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour & would give it 10 out of 10! Thanks Maggie - hopefully see you again for our next tour!

Organised a tour to the Great Wall, Maggie was our guide. She was fantastic and very knowledgeable of all things. On the ride to the Great Wall she even told us some history and information about other attractions in Beijing. If you have an option to ask for a guide, you can’t go wrong with her. Maggie arrived promptly at our hotel, she always had a smile and we had a terrific time.

Amazing day with our amazing guide Linda, she was so nice and helpful, we got picked up at hotel at 745 and back at 1530, it wasn’t crowded at Mutianyu and our family had such a lovely day.
