Itinerary
Birds are chirping, trees are rustling and beneath you the board is gently rocking your body into deep relaxation... We start with a short paddling tour to a sheltered spot on the water and then devote ourselves entirely to the flowing practice and our deep breathing. One of our trained yoga teachers adapts individually to the group during the exercises. Therefore, the course is also suitable for newcomers without yoga or paddling experience. Yoga on the SUP board is a very special experience.
The moving ground is a completely new, interesting experience for the whole body during the various asanas. Your sense of balance is challenged intensively and sustainably.
But don't worry - our yoga boards are particularly stable, cooling off in the water is more fun than frustration.
