This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. In your 2 hour hands-on Persian cooking class in Berlin, learn to make two dishes from scratch. Fatemeh's kitchen is small so you will use the dining table as well to cut and prep for the cooking class. Learn to cook a Persian-style rice dish along with one main dish, either khoresh-e beh (Persian quince, plum and beef/lamb stew) or khoresh loobia sabz (Persian green bean stew) or abgoosht (Persian lamb and chickpea stew) or khoresh bademjan (Persian stew of eggplant and tomatoes). After cooking, help set the table and then enjoy the dishes you helped prepare. You will leave with your stomachs full while also gaining insight into Persian history, food, culture and culinary traditions.
