Day 1: Depart from Durban at 7:00am and head off to Isimangaliso Wetlands Park, a World Heritage Site a beautiful place
Stop At: iSimangaliso Wetland Park, iSimangaliso Wetland Park, KwaZulu-Natal
Isimangaliso Wetlands Park was listed as South Africa’s first World Heritage Site in December 1999 in recognition of its superlative natural beauty and unique global values.
iSimangaliso Wetland Park is a huge protected area along the coast of South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal Province. The park’s centrepiece is the vast Lake St. Lucia, home to large numbers of hippos, crocodiles, pelicans and flamingos.
On arrival at Isimangaliso Wetlands Park, we embark on a game drive at one of the game reserves in St Lucia. There are opportunities to see various type of wild life including some of the big 5. We are likely to encounter large numbers of giraffe, elephant, rhino, buffalo, kudu, impala, and much more. There is a wide variety of tree and bird species. This is really a beautiful bush to see and explore.
After lunch in late afternoon, you can experience the unforgettable Croc and Hippo Boat Cruise in the St Lucia Estuary.

Day 2: On day 2 we commence the day with a breakfast after which we hit the road as we head off to Hluhluwe Imfolozi Reserve
Stop At: Hluhluwe Game Reserve, Hluhluwe Game Reserve, KwaZulu-Natal
Hluhluwe–Imfolozi Park, formerly Hluhluwe–Umfolozi Game Reserve, is the oldest proclaimed nature reserve in Africa. It consists of 960 km² (96,000 ha) of hilly topography 280 kilometres (170 miles) north of Durban in central KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa and is known for its rich wildlife and conservation efforts. Operated by Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife, the park is the only state-run park in KwaZulu-Natal where each of the big five game animals can be found. Here you go on a 4 x 4 Game Drive to see all types of animals including the big 5. The Hluhluwe Game Reserve has some of the most beautiful natural landscapes one could ever imagine
After the game drive we head off to Durban arriving in late afternoon at around 6pm
