The cuisine of Mauritius is a blend of Chinese, European and Indian influences. Join Yashna in the kitchen to learn to cook her family recipes, that have been passed down from one generation to another. The duration of your hands-on class will be 2-3 hours. You will first tour Yashna's backyard and see all the vegetables, fruits and herbs she grows. Then learn to make two dishes from scratch - an appetizer and main dish.
