Learn with us how to master the art of pasta and Tiramisù feeling like a real Italian Chef!
Firstly you prepare the dessert and while it cools in the fridge you make two different varieties of pasta from scratch: Fettuccine and Ravioli. Eat your homemade dishes with a nice glass of wine. Cin-cin!

Sample Menu

• Fettuccine with sauce of your choice - We'll make and eat the best homemade Fettuccine pasta. Choose your favorite sauce (Cacio e Pepe, Tomato and Basil or Amatriciana)
• Ravioli with butter and sage - We'll make and eat your own Ravioli, pasta stuffed with pecorino, ricotta, with the classic sauce of butter and sage
• Homemade Tiramisu - You will taste the homemade tiramisu following the traditional recipe: mascarpone, eggs, sugar, coffee and cocoa powder
• Glass of wine - You can choose a red or a white wine to taste with your homemade pasta
• Water
• Limoncello or Coffee - Conclude your meal with our famous limoncello or Italian coffee

We had SO much fun at our cooking class with Tommy! One of out favorite things to do together is cook, so I was looking forward to taking a cooking class together in Italy for our honeymoon. It did not disappoint! Tommy was a great instructor, very thorough, patient, and funny. We loved our dishes and can't wait to try making them again back home. Thanks for a memorable time, Tommy! We had our cooking class with Tommy, who was entertain, spoke great English and very knowledgeable when it comes to pasta making! We had such a fun time creating Tiramisu, Fettucini and Ravioli. We even got to eat our creations at the end of our evening. Very authentic and fun experience in Rome!
