Driver was on time and waiting in arrival's hall. We couldn't find the seatbelts. The car smelled of smoke. It was very warm in the car and when we asked the driver to turn down the heat, he told us to take off our coats.

The driver was courteous and got us right where we needed to be. Our only problem was that for someone who had never been at that airport before better details on where the driver would pick us up was needed. The paperwork said to meet at arrival hall but there were not any signs directing us to where that was. There were other drivers inside the baggage claim area but we didn’t realize we were to leave that area to be in the “arrivals hall”. We contacted victor and they did get us to connect but that cost me using a cell plan that wasn’t to start until the next day.

Desta vez a nossa motorista estava presente na hora e no local combinados, foi muito gentil, cordial e nos deixou na porta do hotel. Maravilhoso, tudo o que o viajante espera quando contrata esse tipo de serviço.
