Rome Photo Fun Tours’ priority is always Quality over quantity! That’s why this UNIQUE private and exclusive 4 hours Street Photography tour has been designed for two people max (unless you'll book as a family or a group of friends). Walking through old neighborhoods, morning markets, Trastevere narrow streets, and old squares, you'll capture Roman life as it unfolds. You'll be shooting the eternal city waking up, old women opening windows to the new day, nuns and priests going to the Vatican City, street artists performing downtown, while artisans still handwork marble, wood or gold to create their beauties. Shooting all this, professionally guided by my experience and deep local knowledge of Rome, will make your street photography tour an unforgettable experience. Street photography is challenging, but if you enjoy putting your skills on the line to capture life in the making, this is one of the most rewarding tours you can have, the one that will make you really feel the essence of Rome!   • Customers with no cameras can rent one or both my DSLR kits: Nikon D850 + 24-70mm, Nikon D600 + 24-105mm, both with additional 14-24mm & tripods. Cost is 50 euros per kit, payable in cash on the tour.

What a fantastic way to spend my first morning in Rome! Giulio from romephotofuntours was fantastic on all fronts! Giulio asked me at the beginning of my tour what I was looking for and I specifically asked for a few things: interesting photo opportunities, photo instruction and critical feedback on my photos, and to learn about Rome from a Roman. I received all plus more and it was all blended in a positive and fun way. I learned so much about Rome and photography while getting some great photos along the way. I really liked how I was instructed and the suggestions while still having the opportunity to do things in my style. That was a great learning opportunity for me to compare and contrast what I was learning right there and later in post-production. I was very glad I booked with Giulio from romephotofuntours. Thanks Giulio, I will see you the next time I am in Italy.

From the get on, Giulio showed lots of knowledge both of photography and of Rome. I know the city fairly well and he nevertheless managed to show me unknown corners and knew where some of the best action could be, as street photography relies on something happening and being able to capture it, so not the easiest of feats! He knew when to let go so I tried, and when to give feedback to allow for improvements. The conversation in between shots was also extremely pleasant. I definitely recommend him and hopefully I will repeat on a different tour at a later occasion, as he has many different ones!

Giulio was just fantastic. I wanted to maximize my short time in Rome and have someone to guide me through the key spots and some of the less known streets and locations. We spent 6hrs starting at 5am hitting a few popular sites to get clear shots without the crowds. We then walked the streets and was grateful to receive Giulio’s expert guidance on techniques to capture difficult street shots. He helped me fine tune my settings for multiple scenarios and opened my mind to a different attitude for my photography. Giulio is an expert photographer and it’s clear that he appreciates and studies the expression of people and life. You’ll only be rewarded for selecting Giulio as your guide if you’re visiting Rome, Tuscany, or other areas of Italy.

This was a fab session my son learnt so much in a short space of time and came home with some amazing shots plus we got to see areas of Rome we hadn’t seen, if you want to improve your photography with a master of his art then I highly recommend this

I highly recommend the private street photography tour with Giulio. He took me to some out of the way places as well as to the classic sights. Giulio is extremely personable and knowledgable about all things photography. Our 4 hours together passed very quickly and as well as showing me the best locations to photograph, he also showed me where to get the best coffee.
