After meeting your guide near the Pantheon, head to a local restaurant nearby and start the hands-on experience preparing fresh pasta just like our grandmothers did!
Learn how to prepare two types of hand-made pasta from scratch: fettuccine and gnocchi or ravioli. Each type of pasta will be served with a sauce of your choice.
Besides the pasta dishes, put your hands on a typical Italian appetizer, using only fresh, seasonal ingredients.
As no meal is complete without the dessert, learn also how to prepare the most traditional Italian dessert - tiramisu.
After the class, enjoy a four-course lunch or dinner paired with local wine or other drink.
Special menus, e.g. gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, etc., are available upon request, so please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The recipes for all the dishes will be provided so that you can recreate the same meals back home.
Please note that the duration of this class varies depending on the number of participants - between 2,5 and 4 hours.
