We missed our time by approx 30 mins. Totally our fault.....but I thought maybe with an apology and some honesty, someone would try to be fair. Tour guide never once text, called, or emailed, and had he done so, we were 10 minutes away, easily would've met. Instead he made no attempt to contact and wouldnt even consider rescheduling or at least refund the portion of the money he didn't have to spend on food......I'm guessing the tour wouldn't have been great bc this was someone looking to take the money and do as little as possible. Needless to say, no more La Vacanza Travel for me. They clearly don't have your back nor care.
A tiny wine store, where locals popped in and out during our 3 hours clustered on stools round a small table. 6 generous servings, each accompanied with snacks, meats and cheeses and a superb selection of Italian fizz, white, rose and red. The sommelier was unobtrusive, allowing us to enjoy the wine and chat. A very perfect evening
We have done this before in Barcelona and were part of a group of 12 however this time it was just ourselves and the owner of the wine shop. The wine tasting and food were really good but it wasn’t the group experience we were expecting.

This was a birthday present for my boyfriend and we both loved it. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable, we got to try some amazing wines in a lovely atmosphere. Definitely recommend when in Rome
