A private driver will arrive at your Shanghai hotel 1 hour prior to starting time, transfer you to Shanghai Circus World. Show ticket QR Code to enter the venue.

The multimedia spectacular show, "Era 2 – Spirit of Shanghai," has triumphantly reemerged with with a brand new storyline, a new creative team, reshuffled acrobatic acts, new costumes, new set-pieces, touch-ups of classic acts, and more.

Enjoy 6 highlights of the show: "Messenger of Peace", "Dance lightly", "Be immersive", "Neon dress", "The Universal Movement", "Order in Madness". Its blend of Chinese acrobatics, extreme sports and dance along with Western theater and cutting-edge technologies, as well as a distinctive storyline and spectacular scenes that are full of Chinese elements. the hit residency is an of Shanghai's vibrancy. Entitled "Spirit of Shanghai," the show follows a young couple's tour around the city, exploring its past, present and future.

Would have been nice to see the Bund and People's Square at night. We went in the summer so didn't see the lights of the Bund, maybe we could have done this part of the tour after the acrobat show when it's dark. One of the main reasons I booked was to see the lights- the picture is very misleading. Our guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and very friendly. Worth doing but only when night occurs earlier in the evening.
