Istanbul was all I expected and more but my experience was sky rocketed thanks to Yilmaz and the whole team from True Blue. My first contact with Yilmaz was to book a hotel and he ended up being my best personal advisor about what to do in the city, what to be mindful of, where to eat great food, how to find my way around and even rescue me from an unexpected inconvenience out of office hours, amazing considering I was a foreigner and had zero knowledge of Turkish or the protocols to follow...the level of service and most of all the sense of making you member of a family was one of my best experiences. I take the best memories of Turkey, it is a city full of charm, color, history, wonders but I also will treasure the warmth and help I received from True Blue. The level of knowledge and the respect they show for the customer is something I am happy to recommend! If you have the chance to visit wonderful Istanbul, don't hesitate to contact Yilmaz and his team at True Blue, you won't regret it! Thanks Yilmaz, you are always in my hear!

From the moment we planned to visit Turkiye, Eyup, was a pleasure to liaise with. Beginning to end, we had VIP treatment and service. Our needs we fully met and expectations exceeded. Eyup personally welcomed myself and my father on arrival in Istanbul. The private transport arranged by him was comfortable and spacious. His driver Hussein was a pleasure as well.as all the guides as arranged by Eyup for our respective tours. We had the honour of Eyup guiding us on our Istanbul leg. He was patient,knowledgeable and professional. That being said,on our tours in Cappadocia etc...he was in constant communication,checking up on whether we were safe and happy with everything. At any hour ,Eyup would take my call and/or respond to my messages. Last minute events that my father and I wanted to partake in,was gladly arranged by him. I plan on visiting Turkiye in the future and will definitely be contacting Eyup again.

Our Turkey trip was one of the best family trips we ever had. We were lucky to have gotten the best tour company and had the best tour guide- Eyup. He planned out the best places to visit. He explained the history of the places we visited which made us appreciate the sites even more. We had our own private van— very comfortable complete with drinks, perfumed alcohol, efficient and well experienced drivers. He booked our hotels, took care of all our breakfast, lunches, turkish bath and massage, domestic flights, check-ins at the airport, booked our private dinners and RT-PCR tests. We didn’t have to worry about anything and just enjoyed the trip fully. The hot air balloon and the ATVs are musts!!! Eyup took care of all the nitty gritties on our behalf. We can’t ask for more!! It made us realize that the tour guide can make a lot of difference. To top it all, we gained a new friend in Eyup!! Thank you for a wonderful experience in Turkiye!!

We took a 10-day tour around Turkey and everyday was filled with really fantastic sites and activities - i'm sure the other reviews have mentioned them. What I'd like to emphasize about True Blue Tours, particularly our tour guide, Eyup, is the service. Greeted with a warm and friendly face as soon as you arrive in the airport, Eyups energy level never faltered throughout the trip. From having to ensure the younger adults had their fun at night, to making sure the elderly were happy, well-rested, and well-fed, he was able to do it all. He is a very personable guide, able to connect with all sort of personalities and interests. In the beginning, he was like a history professor, teaching us of the long history of Turkiye. But towards the end of our trip, he felt more like family. Eyup took us to hole in the wall restaurants where we were able to taste delicious local cuisine, and did last minute bookings (sorry Eyup!) for us in places we searched online. We kept changing our minds about trying the Turkish Baths (a must do btw if you're still on the fence), but he remained even-tempered, and just rolled with it. Eyup constantly emphasised the importance of the tour being enjoyable for us, and not to worry about anything. Most importantly, I think it needs to be said that he is a highly observant person. Any small yawn you make, immediately would be followed by Eyup asking, "Are you okay? How are you feeling?" When we were one of the restaurants eating shawarmas, my sister-in-law's shawarma was dripping and so I took the underplate of the soup, so that she could let the juices drip on there. Eyup saw this and immediately stood up to get plates for everyone without being prompted or asked. It's in the little things, the details and unnoticed generosities that really elevated this tour for me. It's not everyday you find a tour guide who goes above and beyond to make your trip special.

I actually did the Highlights of Turkey tour which included not just Istanbul but also Capadoccia, Pamukkale, and Ephesus. I have been to numerous trips all over the world and took various tour packages but this is the only one that I am giving a 5-star rating to and because it is deserving. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were given a royal treatment. All the tours, accommodations, food, transfers, were topnotch and both Eyup and Ylmaz left no stones unturned to ensure that we were having the best time of our lives. Every single experience had their personal mark. All I needed to do was mention what I wanted to get and they'd be on it right away. For example, I just innocently mentioned that I was curious about Turkish Breakfast and they quickly ditched the hotel's prepared breakfast to bring us to somewhere quite a distance from the city so we could experience the best Turkish breakfast ever. I also appreciate that they pay close attention to our every need. Knowing that I am a mass goer, Eyup arranged so we could go to mass and he even patiently attended the mass with us! While we were on the road, our needs was closely attended to and we just had the tour of our lives. Thank you, True Blue Tours for making Turkey our best destination ever!
