    Very happy with this Airport Transfer company as I received top notch service from their Sales Manager, Turgut Yazici, who went above and beyond by not only forwarding a WhatsApp video to me which clearly showed me the pickup area for the airport shuttle, but also received a direct WhatsApp phone call from Turgut to see if I had any questions or concerns. Needless to say, the airport transfer pickup to the hotel went perfect without a hitch and continued to received ongoing communications from Turgut to see if our group of 16 travellers required anything further during our 2-day stay in Istanbul. Highlt recommend this company for an airport transfer to your hotel.

    We were promptly contacted upon arrival via whatsapp. A video was sent to us about finding the exit to go to. We had to walk quite a bit to a particular exit to get to the greeter. Driver and accompanied person were friendly, however they did not put our bags properly in the van. After reaching our hotel, I found that a wheel of one of our bags was missing. I called Turgut, the manager and he promptly contacted the driver and brought the wheel to hotel. Then he took the bag and me to a repair shop and got the wheel fixed. I was impressed that this company took responsibility and promptly got the problem fixed. As a result, we gave them more business for local travel. I believe that this company is well managed and does business honestly and sincerely. Special thanks to Turgut who went out of his way to make me happy! I would recommend this company to anyone and will use their services again!

    Once I found the greeter, the experience was great - but that took a bit. It was my first time in Istanbul, so the process was not clear to me.. I think that a brief explanation would have helped. I was originally looking inside for someone with my name on a placard. After wandering around for a bit, I had to call the customer phone number before he explained that I should go out door 14 and look for the company sign. Once outside, I had to ask 3 or 4 people which person handled the particular company since there were many companies represented. Once I found your person, it was very smooth.. The greeter was polite and helpful, and walked me to the pickup vehicle. These issues can be solved with either a person greeting inside with a sign (as is normal in other cities) or a more detailed explanation of the process in your original email to clients.

    Our transfer experience from airport to hotel was great. We were escorted by the staff from meeting place to pick up area. Will book again in the future.
