I was disappointed that there were 40 + people on the tour with us when the details of the tour when I booked said no more that 15-people. That was why I booked this tour specifically rather than some of the others. That said, Richard was engaging and fun to listen to as he presented the ghost stories.
Tour guide Marvin provided great insight into the possible walking spirits. He made us laugh, cringe, and wish we could actually experience one of the ghosts of which he spoke. He was smart, funny, charming and very knowledgeable.
Richard was a great narrator, very friendly with great humor and fantastic voice. (For our teens,who couldn't understand the whole Storys it was a little bit too long.) Thanks for the funny and spooky Tour...booooh!
